A more welcoming digital home for Soul Sustenance

Brand-led website design and development for a Southend-based spiritual psychotherapy practice, with clear service journeys and straightforward enquiry routes.
Visit live site ↗Lucinda wanted Soul Sustenance's online presence to feel as thoughtful and reassuring as her in-person and online work. The website needed to explain different therapies clearly, establish trust and make it easy to enquire without adding complexity or unnecessary cost.
We worked from a discovery brief covering the business, audience and desired perception, then planned a concise site architecture: homepage, about, service information, how it works and contact. Wireframes aligned navigation and content hierarchy before development, while the accompanying visual identity work centred on a distinctive wings-inspired symbol and coherent colours and typography.
The responsive design puts Lucinda's approach, service explanations and reassuring imagery ahead of clutter. Clear contact routes and enquiry forms connect visitors to the practitioner, and the content structure works across desktop and mobile. Delivery was planned as a focused, budget-conscious design and build rather than an oversized platform.
Soul Sustenance has a clearer platform for introducing services, building confidence with first-time visitors and encouraging suitable enquiries. The outcome is a coherent brand-and-website foundation, not a claimed increase in bookings without measured conversion data.
