Paragon Security

The challenge

Paragon Security needed a professional digital experience that could communicate a large range of security products and services to different markets. The site also needed to help buyers navigate detailed specifications and find the right route to an enquiry.

Website and user-experience design

We designed the website in Figma and developed its page structures around Products, Markets, Services and Resources. Category-level content, product detail pages, imagery, navigation and clear quote/consultation actions were developed to make complex technical information more accessible. Design reviews addressed practical usability details including product searching, category hierarchies, breadcrumbs, image framing and enquiry links.

Product collateral and design assets

Our work extended beyond the website to a consistent product datasheet system. We developed a data-driven approach to producing technical PDF sheets from structured product information, incorporating product imagery, drawings, descriptions and technical specifications. The technical-specification portion used a separate data source to improve accuracy and reusability, enabling more efficient production across product categories.

Commercial benefit

The combined site design, visual assets and product datasheets gave Paragon a more coherent way to present complex solutions to specifiers and buyers. Structured collateral and repeatable templates also make future catalogue updates more manageable than creating every sheet from scratch. No unverified conversion or sales figures are attributed to the work.
