An integrated sales and marketing engine, Pipedrive pipeline management and staff-led AI adoption: combining new business generation with more efficient operations.

Marketing, enquiries, estimating and project delivery needed to work as one commercial system: fewer handoffs, more consistent lead follow-up, and less time lost between first enquiry and a qualified opportunity.
We combined market positioning, sector-led collateral, SEO, PPC, email, LinkedIn, exhibitions and direct business development into a coordinated lead engine. Campaigns and sales materials were built around how schools, multi-academy trusts and contractors actually buy, with a clear handover from enquiry to sales conversation.
We used Pipedrive to support a structured sales process: capturing enquiries, organising opportunities, assigning next steps and creating visibility over follow-up and pipeline movement. The aim was practical rather than cosmetic — reduce manual chasing, shorten response and qualification times and make it easier to prioritise the opportunities worth pursuing.
Working with AI and automation specialist Louis Hardcastle, we developed internal AI workflows and a reusable knowledge environment for Brookhouse. The first-month programme covered process discovery, AI workspace and tool setup, Shopify-related workflows, database and access-control groundwork, operational system discussions, and hands-on sessions with multiple members of staff. Rather than deliver a black-box tool, we trained people to work with the systems, build confidence and identify the next suitable use cases. The approach is designed to scale across departments without rebuilding everything for every employee.
Brookhouse gained a more coherent route from marketing activity to managed sales opportunities, supported by CRM discipline, operational tooling and a team better equipped to use AI. The commercial focus remains clear: lower the cost and time of sale, improve acquisition efficiency and free skilled staff from repetitive work so they can concentrate on clients and delivery.
New Vision's wider sales and marketing partnership has generated approximately £2m in sales, alongside ongoing work to strengthen business development, systems and operational capability. The AI and process programme is an additional strand of that partnership; no separate cost-saving or time-reduction percentage is claimed for it.
